Sorry if you're still waiting for your order. The first thing to do is check the tracking in your dispatch confirmation email - this will often show the parcel's journey. Couriers usually leave a note if they have attempted delivery but have not been able to. The note should contain details to arrange re-delivery or collection.
We will try our very best to get your order dispatched on the same day, if ordered before midday. However, due to COVID-19 processes in place at our warehouse and for our couriers, you may see a day's delay in dispatch. You may also see a few day's delay in delivery worldwide. What you can be sure of is that we will do all we can to get your orders to you as soon as possible :)
