Sorry if you're still waiting for your order. The first thing to do is check the tracking in your dispatch confirmation email - this will often show the parcel's journey. Couriers usually leave a note if they have attempted delivery but have not been able to. The note should contain details to arrange re-delivery or collection. If your tracking isn't showing information, or hasn't updated for some time, please do get in touch and we can look into it for you.
