Sorry if you're still waiting for your order. The first thing to do is check the tracking in your dispatch confirmation email - this will often show the parcel's journey. Couriers usually leave a note if they have attempted delivery but have not been able to. The note should contain details to arrange re-delivery or collection.
We will try our very best to get your order dispatched on the same day, if ordered before midday. However, due to COVID-19 processes in place at our warehouse and for our couriers, you may see up to a few days' delay in dispatch.
It's fair to say that couriers (although doing a fantastic job) are struggling with the vast quantity of parcels in the system at the moment, especially for international deliveries, outside the UK. Each country also has its own, varying quarantine procedures as parcels arrive, and then progress though the system. This means that at times you may not see an update on your tracking as quickly as you normally would. These are constantly evolving and changing processes and depend on the local situation/restrictions in place. For this reason, whilst we try to give an indication of the time your order will take to reach you, you may well see some delay.
What you can be sure of is that we will do all we can to get your orders to you as soon as possible, and keep you updated should you see a delay :) Drop us a message if you'd like us to ask the courier for more information about your order - they can very often help us with this, to give you peace of mind.
