We give you 90 days to return or replace your item if unused. No quibbles or questions.
To return an item:
- Fill out the returns form: http://stolengoat.com/returns/
- Follow the instructions to send the item back. Please note you will need to cover the cost of the return postage.
- You'll be refunded when we process the weekly returns.
If you want an alternative size/item, you can then simply re-order yourself. Some like to wait for a refund, others like to order straight away to speed the process up. This is the simplest and quickest way to get an alternative, and means you don't risk stock disappearing in the meantime!
Can I exchange instead?
Yes, drop us an email with your order number and what you'd like to exchange, and we can arrange everything for you (stock permitting.) If you're worried about the item you need going out of stock, we'd recommend re-ordering straight away yourself instead (see above) so that you don't miss out.
