All returns go to our warehouse in Newbury, UK. It can take up to a week for items arriving back to be booked back into stock, at which point your refund will be issued. Therefore, please allow time for the item to first get back to us, and then to go back into stock.

Should you need a refund sooner, please do send us tracking details to show that your return has arrived with us, and we can help :)

If it has been longer than a week since you can see your item arrived with us, please do get in touch and we can look into it.

COVID - 19 UPDATE

It's currently taking a little longer for returns to be booked back into stock, as our warehouse are currently running at reduced capacity whilst also implementing a quarantine process for all arrivals.
