All returns come back to our head office. It can take a few days for items arriving back to be booked back into stock, at which point we will get in touch and let you know we've received it. Therefore, please allow time for the item to first get back to us, and then to be booked back into stock.
Should you need a refund sooner, please do send us tracking details to show that your return has arrived with us, and we can help 🙂
If it has been longer than a week since you can see your item arrived with us, please do get in touch and we can look into it.
